The whole structure is formed using the Platform Frame plywood construction system: the plywood beam is a single unit comprising individual bound axis.
Ductile, flexible and hard-wearing, plywood allows for the development of structures of all sizes, not limiting design in any way.
The same dimensions of plywood support significantly greater stresses than solid wood, in addition to boasting greater stability.
The beams used have a section of 6x16 cm as compared with the more widespread used 5x10 cm. They are therefore only stressed for 50/60% of their actual capacity.


The mechanical properties of plywood, together with the innovative treatment in the autoclave, make the structure extremely resistant over time.
The wood treatment is calibrated for the most critical weather conditions: humidity, saline fog, salt water and ice.
The quality of the treatments of the wood structure entirely eliminates maintenance works.
The treatment with natural impregnating agents of the visible wooden part limits maintenance costs to simple repeat finishing.


The plywood support structure is protected against fire by means of appropriate technical steps taken involving both the inside and outside of the wall. It can therefore be considered reasonably fireproof.
Wood has a significantly longer hypothetical subsidence time than traditional concrete and/or steel structures.
Plywood is light, solid and extremely elastic, making it the anti-seismic material par excellence. This also explains why the use of wooden architecture is widespread in highly seismic areas such as Japan.
The Platform Frame construction system has a structure factor (resistance to earthquake) of 5, corresponding to the maximum value for wooden constructions both in Eurocode 8 and the New Technical Regulations NTC 2008.

Depending on customer requirements, the house can be delivered in 4 different stages of works progress:  
Level 1 house built
support structure, ceiling, roof insulated and ventilated, external and internal support wall closed with insulating material included
Level 2 house finished externally external cladding plastered, roof tiles, guttering and drainpipes
Level 3 house finished internally windows, front door, internal doors, frames and internal finish in plasterboard to be completed subsequent to systems
Level 4 turnkey solution water, heating, electrical and drains systems


SUBISSATI does not generally work on reinforced concrete footing, screed, construction works, cladding, flooring, bathroom elements and finishes.
